Warm Water gentle exercise sessions – perfect session for those recovering from injury or wanting to do some warm water gentle movements. Hosted in our learn to swim pool with with easy access via stairs or poolside. Change rooms and showers are available.
No instruction provided, clients can work at their own pace using the pool facilities.
Mondays 1 pm (except public holidays) maximum 15 attendees.
$8 per session – paid on the day.

CONGRATULATIONS REX – Rex has been selected to represent Australia in the World Doubles Championships 05-09 April 2022, Glasgow, Scotland. This is a precursor to the Commonwealth Games later in the year. We wish Rex the very best!

Westerfolds Sports Group staff participated in CPR and First aid training on Sunday 27 Feb 2022.
This is an annual event, keeping our guests safe while at our facilities.
